Diet is one factor that you can change and it will give you a tremendous boost in your appearance and the health that you have. Eating those foods that feed and give strength to your scalp and hair can help delay the loss of your hair as you age. Those nutrients, minerals, and vitamins that are needed for good strong hair are also what is needed for good health.

When you have a diet that is deficient in the nutrients that you need to keep your body healthy, you hair will not get the nutrients it needs for growth and strength. Hair the last place nutrients go to. And if you have good health and you start to lose it, nutrients will go from your hair to the area of the body that is in need of those nutrients.

So, what is the cause of hair loss? It is the creation of DHT, genetic disposition, and poor diet habits. Correct these conditions and you will have more hair over a longer time in your life.
